Five Easy Things You Can Do Now to Help Prevent Breast Cancer

Instead of focusing on breast cancer, Wise Women choose to focus on keeping their breasts healthy through smart lifestyle and dietary choices.

The following tips may surprise you because the actions and foods they offer contradict many alternative views on cancer prevention. However, they are supported by strong research – both in the laboratory, in animals and in long-term human studies. So all these tips have a solid scientific basis, unlike the claims of those who are going to sell you their opinions and products.

Following even one of these suggestions will definitely reduce your risk of breast cancer. Using them all is even better.

1. Be more active

Evidence continues to accumulate that a vigorous lifestyle is one of the best ways to reduce the risk of breast cancer. A study of 20,624 Norwegian women found that those who exercised or exercised regularly reduced their risk of breast cancer by 72%. (NO1.5.1997)

2. Eat more unrefined seed foods
