Getting Older and Staying Healthy
I always say, “You’re old when you stop trying, no matter what age you are.” I have sometimes seen 25 year olds have less energy and drive than some 80 year olds I know.

When you think about the many seniors who are considered “closed off,” it’s a great idea to encourage them to connect with others—with family, new and old friends, and community churches and synagogues.
