Continue to surround yourself with certain personalities who challenge your character to grow in a positive way. Anyone can sign up for a network marketing opportunity, but not everyone can be a true leader and lead that new person to success. Who you sign up with can and will affect how you build your business. Good leadership usually comes with responsibility. Someone you can trust and hold accountable. Someone who is always there to help you grow. Not only that, but someone who has a SYSTEM to help them build a significant business. Imagine you are not in network marketing and you have just developed a top product with your specific group of people and now it is time to launch and sell your product in front of the entire population.
